Photograph caption dated April 24, 1965 reads "North Hollywood High's Greg Tropea, shown about to break the tape in the 100-yard dash yesterday at Grant High, captured three first places for the Huskies, but to no avail as Grant won the meet, 76-37. Tropea's 9.9 in the 100 ties the school record. He also won the 220 in 22.3 and the long jump with a jump of 20-10 1/2." Grant High School is in Van Nuys.
