Description
Oil painting of Mount Arat. The image depicts the two mountains, Little Ararat (left) and Greater Ararat (right). A fortress is depicted on the horizon, and two birds in a nest are visible in the foreground. Although Mount Ararat is geographically located in Eastern Turkey, it is a national symbol for Armenia. The artist initialed the work in the bottom right corner.
