Description
Photo of Mayor Tom Bradley standing among 300 Olympic torchbearers. Good samaritan Jerry Ortega Jr., 13, missed out on this picture. The thirteen year-old, who had run in the Olympic Torch Relay, handed his torch to a woman in the crowd gathered for a photo session with Mayor Tom Bradley while he helped another handicapped youngster down the City Hall steps. When he returned, the woman and the torch were gone.
