Photograph caption dated February 6, 1958 reads "Firemen pour water on twisted wreckage of Bell helicopter which lost its aerial stability and plunged to earth in ball of flame at Whiteman Airpark, near corner of San Fernando road and Osborne avenue, Pacoima.
