Description: This home was built in 1887 at 117 N. Magnolia Ave. just north of Aztec Hotel. Occasion is the Burr Family's first Thanksgiving in Monrovia 1889. The Burr's rented it from the Stewart estate until they were able to build their own home on N Myrtle Ave.
