Assignment: Mr. America Contestants. 32: Monte Wolford, 25, 'Mr. Los Angeles,' performs a feat known as 'the flag,' to demonstrate that 'muscle men' use their muscles in gymnastics as well as weight lifting. Wolford, who also holds the title 'Mr. Southwestern America,' is one of the contestants in the Mr. America contest at the Greek Theatre, Griffith Park".
