Note in the hand of Grace (Burke) Hubble: "EPH, Reno, Major Gen-Harris APG Huntington Library." Photograph taken at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md. The certificates held by Reno and Carr read, in part, "War Department. Commendation for Exceptional Civillian[?] Service", and display the names of Thomas D. Carr and Franklin V. Reno.
