Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph article dated December 27, 1960 partially reads, "Rearing four girls is a far cry from skydiving and acrobatic roller skating. It is a change of pace a handsome, 35-year-old Northridge housewife has made, however, and one that brings only infrequent twinges of nostalgia for the exciting days. The former daredevil and professional skater is now Mrs. Marie Skarrow, 9332 Yolanda Ave., Northridge, wife of Van Nuys manufacturing executive Alexander Skarrow. 'It was an exciting life...But I was real young then and ready to give anything a whirl...And then,' she sighed, 'I gave up all that excitement to settle down and raise a family...Of course this life is less exciting,' she added 'but it's certainly worth it.'"; See images #00120380 through #00120381 for all photos in this series.
