Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph article dated December 12, 1960 partially reads, "At least 90 Reseda motorists will have parking worries eased today. This is following the official dedication of a 90-stall $100,000 parking lot Friday at Baird Street and Sherman Way in Reseda. The lot is the third in a trio of lots constructed under a $325,000 bond issue passed under the 1951 California vehicle parking act." Pictured are civic and community officials identified as Ed Harris, Fred Blonsky, Leland Pickering, Walter H. King, and Tom Shepard.
