Photograph caption dated April 13, 1965 reads, "Mrs. Albert Skinner, left, North Hollywood stylist, ways and means chairman of the North Hollywood Republican Women's Club, coordinated the club's showing of Rathbuns fashions at a recent luncheon. Mrs. Wilbur Brown, center, and Mrs. Robert Simard were two of the 14 club members who modeled."
