Photograph of a view of the State Capitol at Phoenix, in Arizona, [s.d.]. A large building with columns at its entrance, and pseudo-columns adorning its sides stands across a paved path walk. On the domed rooftop, the statue of a winged person stands, behind a pole bearing the American flag. A row of arched windows and openings line the base of the three-story structure, and more embellishments can be seen at the triangular portion of the roof above the entrance. A paved walkway splits in several directions in the foreground, and the leaves of a tree not captured in the picture float overhead at left, next to some editing done in pencil.
