Description
Aqua rectangular patent medicine bottle with tooled lip. Embossed, "Hood's / Sarsa / Parilla" on the face, and "C.I. Hood" on one side panel, and "Lowell, Mass." on the other side panel. According to report by R. Paul Hampton Archaeological Consulting Inc., the company was in business from about 1870, expanded nationwide in the 1890s, and was still operating past 1900.
