Description
Construction of the foundation floor for large water reservoir, Mount Wilson. Four unidentified men are working within the reservoir site, one is wheeling a wheelbarrow, and another is smoothing freshly poured concrete with a tool. The wire mesh lining the foundation floor can be seen. two unidentified children sit at the edge of the reservoir's perimeter. A bucket is in the foreground, in the area where concrete has not yet been poured. Trees are seen in the background.
