Description
This slum apartment rents for $12.50 per week and has been home to the Noel Branstetter family for the last 2 1/2 years. The father, who is not a veteran, works in a nearby clay factory. There are 6 children in the family. The apartment is one room plus a small kitchen with no refrigerator. It has a toilet, a bath and hot water.
