Description
Andrea Jiminez. Mexican Consul Zinaido Acosta places a crown on her head; she will rule over the Mexican Independence Day Celebration. She was crowned during the Coronation Ball held in the Woodlake Inn. The El Programo Literario Musical will take place at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Auditorium.
