Title supplied by cataloger. Photograph caption reads: "Beep the goose without new beak at Grand Avenue Pet Hospital". A 6-year-old pet goose named Beep had her beak partially bitten off and was unable to eat or drink. Her owners took her to Grand Avenue Pet Hospital, 1602 Grand Avenue in Santa Ana, where Dr. Susan Mary Klages molded a piece of plastic to the remainder of the beak with a bonding agent, a first time operation ever for a goose. The operation was a success. Photograph dated: June 10, 1982.
