Image shows view of the Mary M. Cain residence, located on Via del Monte on lot 4, block 1615, tract 6884 in Malaga Cove. Image shows elevated view of the two-story, eleven-room stucco house with tile roof, chimney and attached garage. Malaga Cove School, which opened on April 5, 1926, and Santa Monica Bay are visible in background. Palos Verdes Homes building permit card lists Harry E. Werner as architect, with Fred C. Snell as contractor. (Inscriptions on photographs state Snell was the architect, however.)
