PAGE 4 SHAKA BIRTHDAYS AND LOTTERY NUMBERS To learn your draft lottery number from this table, find the column for your month and year of birth and go down that column to the number opposite the day you were born. The initial of the last name, and it necessary the first name, are assigned numbers according to the following table to decide which of two men with the same lottery number should be drafted first.
