Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Bourn residence in Grass Valley, ca.1910. The large mansion is at center. It is two stories high and its walls are densely covered with ivy. Four brick chimneys protrude from the peak of the roof. Several trees block parts of the house from view. A wide set of stairs goes up to a large porch at right, and several chairs can be seen on the porch. A large round fountain can be seen in the foreground. It consists of a large round pool with a pointed structure at the center that is spewing water from several spouts.
