Description
Rear view of Santa Rosa High School commemorative sign with donor plaques; located on front lawn; businesses on Mendocino Ave. in the background.
Santa Rosa High School pened in 1874, and burned down in 1921; it was moved to Mendocino Avenue in the mid-1920s, which has been the main site for the school every since. For more information, see: Sonoma Historian (ANNEX R 979.418 SONOMA), 2009, number 4, page 17.
