Description
Frances Burt lights her candle from one on a table during an installation ceremony in a darkened banquet room. On the back of the print is written in ink, "Installation." Stamped on the back of the print is the date, May 90. This photo correlates with 2003/051/193 & 197 and places it in Kansas City for installation of National Officers.
