Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker discusses his ideas on management in his audiobook, “The Nonprofit Drucker.” This tape is part of the series, “Mission and Leadership.” It is entitled, “The Leadership Role(s).” Drucker begins by talking about the differences between public and non-profit institutions. He describes his own career as an academic administrator. He discusses both positive and negative qualities that a leader should be judged by. Drucker talks about the legacy of a good leader, and the importance of leaving an organization with a strong vision. He ends the talk by saying that the foundation of an organization should be high standards.
