Description
This was designed by Richard Neutra and is located at 320 W. Temple Street.
Photograph caption dated May 19, 1962 reads, "The new Los Angeles County Hall of Records which takes up the entire block. Dedication ceremonies will be held Friday, May 18, 1962 at 10:30 a.m. with Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, Ernest E. Debs, officiating. Principal speaker was to be Ernest J. Loebbecke, President of the Title Insurance and Trust Company."
