Chin Hing Qong (second from the right, third row from the bottom), Chin Quan Gue (first from the right, second row), and Mabel Chin (first from the right, third row) are part of this portraiture taken in Portland, Oregon. The identity of the rest of the members in the photograph is unknown.
Chin Hing Qong and Chin Quan Gue are the parents of Mabel Chin.
