Debs, standing behind Michael Thomas, 11, 13014 Sunburst St., Pacoima, a May heart surgery patient, recently honored county employes [sic] who have donated from three to six gallons of blood since the county employes [sic] began participating in the Red Cross Blood Program in 1949. Michael had to be given 16 pints of the blood. His grandfather, Scott J. Thomas, right, is an employe [sic] of the Department of Parks and Recreation."
