Description
Before being deployed to serve in the US Army in the Pacific during WWII, Frank Estrada (donor's maternal uncle) visits his sister and nieces in the Belvedere neighborhood of East Los Angeles. He is wearing his Army uniform and is posing for the picture with his nieces on the sidewalk of his sister's house on San Carlos Street.
