To the west of the theater are Louque's Gowns, the Frolic Room, Roger's Liquors, a Foster and Kleiser billboard promoting Canada Dry soda water, Harry Skepner's pharmacy, and a California Bank branch; to the east of the theater (right) is the A.E.
