Caption reads: "Motorists en route from Woodland to Sacramento no longer get this view of the Elkhorn Bridge's northwest approach as seen from California 16. An Interstate 5 segment which opened last week links with the bridge, which carries traffic across the Sacramento River. Perviously it was necessary to travel under the span to gain access to the bridge."
