Runner-up to Miss Van Nuys were Lynne Incaudo, 19, left, of Northridge, and Joanne Bennett, 19, of Burbank. Crowned at park Victory plaza in Van Nuys, Linda hopes to go 'all the way' to Miss Universe contest."
