The parade will start at William Hart Park, Newhall, and proceed on Newhall Avenue to Newhall Park. The carnival will be held on the school grounds, 24800 Peachland Ave., Newhall, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bands, drums and and [sic] bugle corps, majorettes, drill teams, floats and costumes children will be featured in the holiday parade.
