Title supplied by cataloger.; Photograph was edited for publication purposes.; Photograph also used for an article dated November 15, 1938. On the witness stand, Sally Rand demonstrates her type of lipstick in order to disprove that she bit and scratched Hazel Drain and C. R. Stanford after a performance. Denying that she bit Miss Drain, she showed jurors that she uses a grease paint for her lips that is much heavier than the lipstick shown on the girl's sweater.
