Handwritten Abstract of Title to Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 Wright and Hyland Subdivision Los Coches, dated December 21, 1906, made at the request of H. D. Tuttle, Esq. to all that certain parcel or tract of land being portion of the Rancho "Los Coches," bounded and described as follows, to wit: Commencing at a post standing on the East line of Race Street (so called) distant 450 feet from its intersection with the South line of the Alameda road and the South west corner of lot owned by Delos Cole, running thence Southerly along said line of Race Street 5.57 chains to a post, thence at right angles Easterly 6.99 chains to a post, thence at right angles Northerly 5.57 chains to a post, and thence at right angles Westerly 6.99 chains to the place of beginning, containing ? acres of land. Also the tract of one acre described in deed of the Trustees of the Hester School District to Jacob Madden, see page 13 of this abstract. Also the remaining interest in the Estate of Jacob Madden in the tract of ? acres conveyed by Naglee, Peachy and Billings to Jacob Madden in his life-time by deed dated May 25, 1861 and recorded May 30, 1861 in Book Q [O?] of Deeds, page 3101.
