Photograph article dated April 22, 1960 reads, "Admits Kidnap-Attack - Snarling Billy Monk, 25, fires parting invective at photographer before questioning in which police say he admitted he kidnapped and criminally attacked Canoga Park mother while her child screamed in horror."
