This photograph is contained in one of two volumes by Dobbin titled "Album of San Francisco."
Three-quarter length seated portrait of Stephen J. (Esteban Jesus) Richardson. Text written under photo: "Richardson, one of the oldest residents of California and for whom Richardson's Bay is named. Now 1921 he is an inmate of Crockers Old People's Home Pine and Steiner St. S.F." Richardson's Bay was actually named after Steven's father, William A. Richardson.
