Caption on album page: "Among the evacuees moved to Assembly Centers during the spring were many students about ready to graduate. At Santa Anita (California) Assembly Center, junior and senior high school students who were unable to graduate with their classes received diplomas at a special graduating ceremony on the forecourt of the once famous race track in impressive ceremonies which were opened by the singing of the "Star Spangled Banner."
