Description
A horse-drawn carriage in front of the building at its original location. Constructed in 1887-8, Sumner Hall was relocated in 1922. The photograph has faded, and handwriting written on the back of the photo can be seen. It reads: "Sumner Hall. Freshman in fall of 1905 studied on this lawn, and the girls had a candlelight 'spread' in the attic."
