Sue, representing the Reseda Rotary Club, will reign over Jubilee Days, an annual community festival, scheduled for Wednesday through Sunday. The Jubilee queen is selected on the basis of which girl, with the help of her sponsoring organization, sells the most Jubilee tickets. Sue was crowned Saturday night."
