Sebastian, general superintendent of the Chevrolet plant in Van Nuys, congratulates Jon Wayne Fuller on his award of a General Motors national scholarship. Young Jon, who just graduated from Van Nuys High School, was one of 100 top-ranking students in the nation to be given a four-year scholarship. He wants to attend Pomona College in Claremont and pursue a career in government."
