Photograph caption dated January 24, 1964 reads, "Bernard Mechanick, president of TAB Realty, center, expresses extreme gratitude to manager of TAB's Canoga Park office, Don Evidon, left, and Canoga office salesman Ed Rembert for the almost unbelievable sales and listing record during the month of December. It surpassed every other December in the history of the company and Rembert was one of the main factors for this success."
