Description
Vincent Ly (top center) and his family, son Thomas, mother Sy Sy (seated) and wife Elaine Moc, was the first Asian family to settle in the Lincoln Heights area. The neighborhood is now rapidly becoming a major factor in Asian population. Photograph caption reads, "First Asian family on block was Vincent Ly, center, son Thomas, mother Sy Sy, and wife Elaine Moc." Photograph dated May 22, 1988.
