Description
Survey of a one story residence. Commonly known as the Wheeler House, this residence was built in 1918 by John and Ida Romick who were early citrus ranchers. Later the house was lived in by the eldest Romick daughter Esther and her husband Stuart Wheeler, who was a council member between 1930 and 1954.
