Photograph caption dated September 4, 1956 reads, "Paul (Raton) Macias will clamber into the Hollywood Legion Stadium ring tomorrow night to appear in a nationally televised fight with Larry Bataan in the boxing main event. Nicknamed 'Mouse,' Macias is far from a mouse in the ring as he is the leading claimant of the world bantam title."
