Description
A large elm tree is removed from Cesar Chavez Park in this 2002 photograph. In the background are, left to right, the U.S. Bank Plaza, the Angelo Tsakopoulos Galleria and Sacramento's Central Library at 828 I Street. The buildings were constructed in 1991, 1992, and 1917, respectively. The photograph was taken from the north side of I Street.
