Description: This circa 1995 postcard provides an evening view of Capitol Mall and the 19-story Capitol Bank of Commerce, located at 300 Capitol Mall. Built in 1983/84, the structure -- also known as the 'Emerald Tower' -- provided nearly 400,000-square-foot of space. In the distance sits an illuminated California State Capitol building.
