Photograph caption dated April 12, 1960 reads, "As Mrs. Robert Tankersley, 32, watches, her 'new' twin daughters, Coleen [sic] and Kellie, play in Van Nuys home that is really theirs now. Mom's smiles come from fact that Superior Court approved adoption of 16-month-old girls.
