Photograph caption dated October 4, 1957 reads, "Valley and water and power officials get first look at new $756,000 power distributing station 65 at 5555 Sylvia Ave., Tarzana, which will hold open house through Saturday. Plant supplies power to West Valley. From left are J. C. Moller Jr. and R. A. Heffner, Water and Power Commissioners; David Fife, president, Tarzana Chamber of Commerce, and Robert Meyers, West Valley administrative assistant to County Supervisor Warren M. Dorn."
