Description: METROPOLITAN BEAUTY - Last year's Miss Metropolitan Sacramento, Pat Dismukes, seft, crowns the new titilist, Betty Lou Mathis, 20, a Sophomore at Sacramento City College. Betty, a stately, blue eyed brunet who stand 5 feet 7 inches tall, was selelcted, over nine other finalists, to represent Sacramento in the Miss Universe Contest in Los Angeles in June. She was singled out on the basis of beauty of face and figure, poise, personality and charm. The coronation took place last night in Danne's Garden restaurant.
