Description
Vernon Coons, left, and Raymond Russell, former students of the late Harriet Eddy, unveil a plaque at the Elk Grove Grange Hall commemorating the founding of the first Elk Grove library. Eddy was Elk Grove High School Principal when the original library was founded.
