Photograph caption dated October 8, 1958 reads, "San Fernando High's Tigers will be facing these Reseda Regents in Friday night's Valley League football opener at Reseda. Most of the above gridders will be in the starting lineup. From left they are: Front row--Steve Bohne, right end; John Walker, right tackle; Ron Thomas, right guard; Jerry Myregard, center; Bob Dajas, left guard; Loren Andrus, left tackle, and Terry Wilson, left end; back row--Barrie Hansen, right half; Dave Mathieson, quarterback; Larry Stone (who will see limited action) fullback, and Steve Ogden, left half."
