Description
Two prints mounted on cardboard side by side. On the left is a family portrait on the side lawn next to a two-story Victorian house. Two men are seated, one in a rocking chair. Three women are with them, two of them standing and one seated. A small dog is perched next to one of the women. In the second photo, three women, a man and a young child pose in front of the house. The child is seated on the steps, and appears to be holding the small dog. The house has multiple rose bushes and a climbing rose and vine going up across the porch to the second story windows. A white picket fence separates the front yard from the sidewalk. The man on the right, wearing a long coat with white boutonniere, is the same man as in the rocking chair in the left photograrph. The woman next to him is holding a small bunch of flowers or herbs, and is seated in a white dress in the left photograph. A younger woman is behind the fence, with her hair pulled back in a braid; she can be seen in the left photograph standing, wearing a cotton dress of windowpane print with an ornamental hairband in her hair.
